I whipped these up in less than 20 minutes and they are amazing! This recipe serves 4 but you can increase or decrease as needed.
What You Need:
Chicken Breast (1 per person)
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of crushed ginger
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
1 bunch of green onion
Sesame Oil or Wok Oil
Teriyaki Sauce
2 Heads of Romaine
For Sauce:
2 tbsp Macadamia Butter (You can use chunky peanut butter too)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Water
Sprinkle of Brown Sugar
What You Do:
Cut up chicken in to small pieces and put in a food processor or power chopper with garlic, ginger, red pepper, and green onion. Grind until everything is combined.
Heat oil in a pan and add in chicken mixture.
Toss in a little of your favorite teriyaki sauce, not too much or it will be watery.
Put the cooked chicken in a small bowl and set aside.
Using the same pan, add in all the sauce ingredients and stir until combined.
Serve with Romaine leaves, sauce on the side and you're good to go!!
