I whipped these up in less than 20 minutes and they are amazing! This recipe serves 4 but you can increase or decrease as needed.
Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of crushed ginger
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
1 bunch of green onion
1 small can of water chestnuts
Sesame Oil or Wok Oil
2 Heads of Romaine
3/4 c Soy Sauce
1/4 c Brown Sugar
What You Do:
Cut up chicken in to small pieces and put in a food processor or power chopper with garlic, ginger, water chestnuts, and red pepper. Grind until everything is combined.
Heat oil in a pan and add in chicken mixture.
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and brown sugar. Whisk well and add to chicken.
Add in green onions once chicken is just about cooked.
Serve with Romaine leaves, a peanut dipping sauce on the side and you're good to go!!
