No-Bake Pumpkin Protein Bites

All the flavors of Fall packed into one protein-filled bite! 

1 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling!)
1 cup almond meal/flour
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup almond butter
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
1/2 cup cranberries (dried or fresh, chopped)
1 tbsp flax seed

Combine pumpkin, honey, almond butter and pumpkin spice in a large mixing bowl. 

Stir in almond meal and oats then cranberries and flax seed. 

Place mixture in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes so it will form a bit better. Once firm, scoop using a melon baller or cookie scoop. Form into round balls with your hands. 

Keep refrigerated up to 1 week in an air tight container.
